SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
are offered for three-year-olds through 5th grade on Sunday mornings
from 9:30 a.m. to 10:20 a.m., September through May. Our children learn
the Good News of Jesus Christ via Scripture, tradition, reason, and
experience; the foundations of the Anglican tradition. We have a highly
trained and experienced group of dedicated teachers.
CHILDREN'S ACTIVITIES
DURING WORSHIP SERVICE
Children's Church
Children's Church is a liturgy designed for ages 5 through Second Grade
and is offered each Sunday during the program year. Children enter the
worship service with their parents; leaving after the first Collect and
returning at the Peace. This enables parents time to concentrate on the
liturgy of the Word and lets the children hear the words of scripture
on their level.
Every Sunday these activities or
resources are offered to our children:
- The Sunday Papers designed
for early elementary children to read and complete and are available
each Sunday.
- During baptisms, children are
invited up to the altar to view the baptism.
- A coloring packet with
crayons is available in the basket at the rear of the church each
Sunday.
- A Nursery staffed by
volunteers is convenient and available for children from 0 through age
4.

Mutual Blessing
- The relationship between adults and children is so fundamental to the
health of both that Jesus shows and tells us about being a blessing to
children who in turn bless us by showing God to us by their presence.
